Everyone knows the story of Peter Pan. Or, at least, everyone thinks they do. But unless you have heard it from Tinker Bell's point of view, you really have not heard it at all. A new twinkling light shines on all the characters you love including, Wendy, the Lost Boys, Peter Pan, Smee, and the nefarious Hook from a feisty fairy's point of view.

"...Tinker Bell's production team does an excellent job of bringing as much magic as possible to Adventure Theatre's intimate space. Daniel Pinha's set is striking from the moment you walk into the room. With crisp lines and intriguing architecture, the largely wooden space provides an ideal backdrop for the rest of the team. Everything is versatile, as well, with set features often being used in two or three different ways throughout the show. For instance, a staircase becomes a chest of drawers which can then later become part of the forest. Members of the cast do excellent work in setting up and tearing down set pieces like Neverland's flowers and a large painted backdrop. Every move with the set is quick, efficient, and maintains the magic of the performance."

"...The script includes much to laugh at - Smee's flexible vocabulary, Hook's upper-crust dimness, and Wendy's woe-is-me refrains are equally fun for kids and adults. Tinker Bell's monologue about her feelings regarding Wendy is as hilarious an example of she-doth-protest-too-much as I have ever seen. But the heart of the story is Tinker Bell's quest for a friend and includes a valuable reminder for young kids and their parents alike: friendship means that you can be mad at someone and still be friends."

"...To put on a sweeping adaptation of the epic story of Peter Pan takes some faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie dust. Adventure Theatre in Tinker Bell, adds just the right touches of theatrical magic to this world premiere as we see Peter through the lens of the fairy."
